- Domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the domain is booked.
- Hosting services may be eligible for a refund only if cancelled within 3 days of purchase, subject to valid technical reasons.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank/Card/Wallet) within 5-7 working days.
6. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Since RS Web Solutions provides digital services (Website Design, Software, Marketing), there is no physical shipping of goods.
- Hosting/Domains: Activated instantly or within 24 hours of payment.
- Web Projects: Delivery timelines are as per the project proposal/agreement signed.
